1.Upper Trapezius Stretch: Tip head to the side, place opposite hand behind back, use hand of same side to give added stretch.

1.Tilt head to one side, resist motion with your hand by pushing it to the other side.
2.Press Forehead to Palm. Resist Forward Motion.
3.Clasp hands behind head. Press your head back. Resist Motion.
